Mr. Tracy has always had a passion for business and real estate. After studying Real Estate, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at Madison College, he pursued his career in commercial brokerage and investment. In order to become more knowledgeable in the field, he is currently earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This designation is held by less than 4 percent of commercial brokers nationwide. Additionally, he is also earning the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation which signifies that he has met rigorous standards of experience and knowledge in business brokering transactions and will make him one of the most qualified intermediaries in the country. Lastly, Mr. Tracy has received the Accredited Commercial Office Manager (ACOM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The ACOM designation demonstrates mastery of office management skills required to operate a successful commercial real estate property. In addition, he also has achieved the Broker Price Opinion Resource and Seller Representative Specialist Designations, while being an active member of the Commercial Brokers Group; Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin; Wisconsin Realtors Association; and Realtors Association of South Central WI.
